What do you guys use? i've been using kaspersky for a few years now and it's coming up for renewal, not sure whether to stick with kaspersky or try something else, used norton once at that was the only time I had a virus so won't use that again

Nooooooo, don't ever pay for a virus scanner!

There is no real need to have one if you are savvy to the pitfalls of the modern Internet.

I never had one up until having a very powerful PC, and then I did some research and discovered Microsoft Security Essentials, it will tick all the boxes you want, light weight, unobtrusive, regular updates and it's easy to use.

Kaspersky is good IMO and free with Barclays for up to 4 machines. I think I've actually got 1 free machine to go, so if you want the activation code mate, let me know.
