If its the crucial M4 128GB in your PC make sure you have done the firmware update. We have only just found out about the BSOD issues.

If that doesn't fix it.. Call and request they send you replacement RAM.. They will charge you for it and then refund you when you send the old ram back.
If that is the issue. I might be able to get them to swap it for some better ram while they do it..
