Clan Match

Postby Guardian99 » Thu Feb 16, 2012 8:39 am

Hi all,

I'm Guardian I am a senior leader in the *OCB* clan. We are looking for some rival clans to play with on a casual basis before we start participating in ladders. We don't mind if you want to play a one off match or if you want to play with us on a regular fixture.

We play anytime as long as we get a bit of notice though it would be best to play on a weekend if possible.

We have a 16 player private server that can be used and adapted to any rule set that rival teams would like to use; for big matches we also have a 32 player server which we can use if necessary for a big fun match.

Rules: We will usually play on standard public rules for a casual scrim but if you would like to use Eurodom softcore rules or whatever else, we are happy to oblige. We are a bit new to scriming on Battlefield but we have organised a fair few tournaments previously on other games.

On a side note we are considering organising a big clan tournament on Battlefield sometime in the not so distant future if you would be interested in participating let me know. If you need to contact me here are a few methods below I will also check this post every day or two.

Hey there

Yeah, we would love a match, and I'm sure we can cater for any repeat business you have.

We usually play 12 v 12 on standard public rules, but what are the differences in the EDom config?

The tournament sounds good, let us know the details :)

How are Sundays for you? Sunday 8pm is prime time for us, but we can be flexible.

We are booked out this weekend, but what about next weekend does that take your fancy?

Sundays are fine mate I should be able to pull together 12 guys for next weekend and we are more than happy to play standard rules.

I will let you know more details once we know a bit more at the moment we are just looking for interest.

Shall we play best of 3 maps on the 26th Feb- I will get back to you with our map choice either later tonight or early next week.

Do you want to host or shall we?

3 Maps? Blimey that will be a long one.

We normally do 4 rounds over 2 maps and most remaining tickets win.

But, I do like the sound of having a "wildcard" 3rd map thrown in

Sorry for taking a while to get back to you! I had a busy end of the week last week.... We can play by the 2 map configuration if you like. What do you mean by the most remaining tickets wins? Is it worked out on the basis of whoever has the highest overall number of tickets at the end wins?

We would like to put in Seine Crossing as our map of choice for the match. Just as an after thought who will host the game?

Caspian for us please.

We can host, but if you want to we will happily come to you also.

Shall we stick to 2 maps for now and maybe 3 in the future?

What is your map, and are you still looking to play this weekend or next? Both are fine for us.
